The township
GERI describes Boracay Newcoast as 150 hectares containing three hotels, Savoy Hotel, Belmont Hotel and Chancellor Hotel, a 75-hectare golf course called Fairways & Bluewater, a commercial and retail strip and a boutique hotel district1.
The site earns a commission on some hotel links, which does not affect what is listed.
Newcoast Village, a residential part of the township, covers 8.5 hectares with 197 lots, and GERI describes it as sitting on a 1-kilometer stretch of white beach with a grand plaza named Newcoast Station2. That name is the village plaza’s; it is not one of the three White Beach stations.
The jetty port

The Belmont figures are as announced in July 2019 and may have changed3. Straight-line distances to D’Mall, from each listing’s map coordinates, are 2.33 km for Chancellor, 2.34 km for Belmont and 2.55 km for Savoy765. These are straight-line, not walking or driving distances. Savoy’s “15 minutes” does not say how you travel4.
