The figures are the site’s calculation from OpenStreetMap coordinates, queried on 3 October 20262. They are not walking or road distances, which are longer. For which of the two jetty ports takes boats in which season, see Cagban, Tambisaan and Tabon.
Station 1 is the farthest of the three stations from both ports. Station 2 is 2.8 km from Cagban and Station 3 is 1.8 km2. If you arrive with luggage and want the shortest transfer, that difference matters more than the label.

Fairways and Bluewater is placed by the site between Station 1 and Yapak. Its distance to D’Mall is the longest in the table, and the Puka Beach and Yapak page covers the northern end. Rooms and pools above are as each hotel’s own site states them; the site has not checked them.
Sources disagree Henann Crystal Sands says Station 1 on its own site6, but a booking site’s district list files it under Station 2. At 0.22 km from D’Mall it is the closest hotel in this table to D’Mall, nearer than the Station 1 boat-station point itself. Use the distance, not the label.
Reading the spread
The hotels above run from 0.22 km to 2.06 km from D’Mall in a straight line, so “Station 1” covers both hotels a few minutes from D’Mall and hotels well over a kilometer away. The Lind, Discovery Shores and Ambassador In Paradise are at 1.2 to 1.7 km; Henann Crystal Sands and Jinjiang Inn Boracay Station 1 are at 0.22 and 0.34 km2.
Rough Guides places most of the action at Station 2, which implies Station 1 is calmer, but that is an inference and not a measured noise fact1. The same goes for who it suits: the guide’s description points to people who want beach space and hotel facilities, but no source recommends Station 1 for any type of traveler.
